Provac AG with its headquarters in Balzers, Liechtenstein and Provac GmbH, sattelite office in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany develops, designs, manufactures, refurbishes, and services high vacuum coating and sputtering systems for semiconductors, precision optics, display and ophthalmic industries. Since 1992, Provac has proven technical expertise and showed keen ability to provide customers with application specific, tailored processes, optimized hardware configurations and continuous improvement in technology.

Provac serves the world-wide market specializing in radio frequency plasma enhanced coating techniques and highly specialized custom systems tailored to our customer’s specific requirements. Additionally, Provac reconditions older vacuum systems (i.e. Balzers and other OEM’s) to “like-new” condition, upgrades controls and electrical systems, provides latest technology replacement components and consumables at competitive prices.
